Inspired by Mati Diop's Dahomey, this editorial fanzine explores the restitution of Beninese royal artifacts as a starting point to reflect on memory, heritage, and the lasting impact of colonialism. Through a restrained visual language that combines photography and editorial writing, and a narrative structure that invites readers to question not only the return of objects, but also who has the power to preserve, interpret, and tell history.
